The founder partner of Conscient Sports and the force behind this extraordinary effort to bring world-class youth development to India, Anupama is also a Co-founder of The Heritage Schools in Delhi NCR. Instrumental in setting up the first Heritage School at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, followed by two others at Gurugram and Rohini, she has, for over 18 years, played a pivotal role in the development and execution of the academic, experiential learning and sports curriculum —with a special focus on co-curricular activities, especially sports.
A graduate of Bachelor’s in Science from Hindu College, Delhi University, Anupama followed it up with a program in nutrition by IIN New York. A keen wellness enthusiast, a certified nutrition expert and a passionate advocate of healthy organic food, she now leads her organic farming project. A strong advocate of holistic development, Anupama is also a certified Grand Master in Transformational Yoga and Meditation.
A seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in setting up and leading organisations across geographies — Rajesh is the Co-founder and Executive Head of the Conscient-Heritage group, which has diverse interests in real estate development, education, sports training & management, among others. A second-generation entrepreneur, he leads and provides strategic direction to all entities under the Conscient-Heritage group. The flagship Conscient Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is now one of the fastest growing and best reputed real estate developers in the in the NCR region, under his leadership, while Heritage Schools have been, time and again, been acclaimed as the best K-12 institutions in the country.
A voracious reader, an avid sportsman and an enthusiastic advocate of health and wellness, Rajesh is an alumnus of the Hindu College, Delhi University and the Harvard Business School, USA.
After completing her Masters in Global Thought from Columbia University, USA and a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Babson College, USA, Kriti used her rich experience in business development and market research in helping set up FC Barcelona academies in India. She continues to use her expertise to lead the business strategy for the organisation.
Kriti is instrumental in driving process improvements to help shape firm-wide strategy and to ensure that Conscient Sports is constantly innovating in the field of football while consistently being on the leading edge of being the best football academy in the country.
Dhruv is a sports management professional who brings with him with a decade of experience in the sports industry. He is an alumnus of the Delhi University.
A founding member of Conscient Sports, Tarun brings invaluable experience of setting business processes and building teams. A graduate of Punjab Technical University, he has experience in the export business.
